Avtotor starts production of Brock electric commercial vehicles

MOSCOW, Sep 8 (PRIME) -- Russian car producer Avtotor has launched production of electric commercial vehicles together with the Chinese company Foton under the Brock brand, Avtotor said in a statement on Friday.

“Avtotor has started production of light and medium-duty commercial cars with the electric engine in cooperation with company Foton, one of the leading producers of freight machines in China. We will produce the cars under the Brock brand for the Russian market,” the company said.

Avtotor has started production of the Brock 75 vehicle with a gross weight of 7.5 tonnes and Brock 160 vehicle with a gross weight of 16 tonnes.
